Ian Hardy
Ian, our Race Manager, is the epitome of the values that drive the team. He is very committed, developmental in his approach to his work, and highly skilled both in the planning and delivery of our racing team. To add to all of this he is an exceptionally good bloke to be around.
His drive to get into motorsport led him to give up his safe job in office equipment, move south from Newcastle and join the Motorsport Engineering course at the University of Central Lancashire. Having worked with racing teams in his spare time to gain experience, he became Race Manager at the start of this season. His preparation and attention to detail has led to compliments about the Teams performance, both on and off the track, from older hands in the motorsport industry.
