Martins Speeding to 2012

“Martins Speed Team” acquires 2009 SPEED championship winning Juno CN09 and intends to participate in the 2012 SPEED Euroseries Championship.

The Portuguese team, “Martins Speed”, has just acquired a Juno CN Sports Prototype car for the 2012 season.

Luis Martins, team manager and driver with more that 15 years experience, commented “The main reasons for the teams decision to buy a Juno were the fact that it is a very fast, reliable and beautiful race car and that both Juno Racing Cars and their representative for the Iberia, Comval Racing, are keen to continuously develop the car and make it better, faster and more reliable as they have been doing every year”.

Martins Speed, have also made an important agreement with Juno Racing Iberia to have their support on all race meetings for the 2012 season in order to offer to their clients, the best service, know-how and support that only official representatives can provide. Luis Martins stated “We believe that the partnership with Juno Racing Iberia is going to be beneficial to all our clients, as we combine our last 5 years experience with sport prototypes with their know-how and experience in Juno cars. I believe that the conditions are met for any professional driver or gentleman driver to embrace a very competitive project for the 2012 season.”

After winning the Portuguese Championship in 2010 the team wants to progress and race in the international arena and believes that the SPEED Euroseries is the right championship to contest.
